      Shampoo:
      Work the neutralising shampoo into wet hair and leave in for up to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

      Mask:
      On damp hair, after cleansing with BLONDME All Blondes Cool Neutralizing Shampoo, apply the hair mask and work in. Rinse thoroughly after 5-10 minutes. Use once per week.
